I’ve tried -dxlevel 81 before and it didn’t seem to help, the CPU is the bottleneck.
And I almost don’t play TF2.
Have you tried playing in Dx8? You might be able to get smooth fps with it. Use ‘-dxlevel 81′ in launch options of the game. If you still want more fps, google "tf2 fps config". BTW, what settings are you playing at in this video?
