@Gabumon404 it is safe when you have good cpu cooler or water cooling, cause if you don’t have your cpu might overheat
it’s amd sempron, and i cant rly go any higer, the highest i can go is 2.3 than when i try to go 2.4 my system crashes

i overclocked mine to 2.1 GHz Stable but kinda hot 43C When gaming around 50-55C
need a better heat sink, i needa spen like 60 bucks on it
i just overclocked mine to 2.3 ghz. I need more ram since its holding me back now
no it isnt. I fried a athlon xp @3.1 ghz fastest recorded oc for that model was 3.2 ghz
. that was 1.6ghz stock. 2.3 ghz is probably the fastest you will get because much more and the voltage struggles. If you want to overclock get another cpu because semprons have barely any cache.
