Oil doesn’t conduct electricity, it’s not fake.

  4. METALTRANSISTA says:

    This is so fake

  5. nhall87 says:

    @nightfire4107 The oil is what’s called dielectric — which means it’s non-conductive.

  6. SP33D3Rz says:

    wow, very creative ideia

  7. g0fvt says:

You can use de-ionised water, however contaminants such as traces of solder flux can cause it to become increasingly conductive. I am not about to immerse my PC in oil but it is good to see some more imaginative approaches…

HUH? So you can drop your PC in oil and it won’t crash?

  11. nightfire4107 says:

How does the oil prevent the cpu from frying? Doesnt liquid + electricity = BAD???

  12. xbassassinsx says:

You should at least use transparent oil.. yellow, looks like pee

  13. royaloreca says:

it definately says rape. It’s a yellow flower that blossoms in early spring, rich in mineral oils that could be used for many applications including coking or used as a combustible in place of diesel. It’s mostly found in central europe (correct me if I’m wrong)

  14. devilcry20005 says:

It is german or something, but very funny that it looks like "and Rape"

  15. devilcry20005 says:

You are right. I just got done watching this in a different video and the guy explained how a group of guys tried using the purest water they could and it ran okay, but soon it caused a short. Then they did the oil thing and it worked.

  16. VolkColopatrion says:

problem with water…. it has the potnetal to have very conductive solutes in it… or get them from the environment.

think of curcit bending but with an expensive cpu.

  17. dwergaap says:

It’s the same oil thats used for a deepfryer.

  18. Polariskuad says:

    Try with water nexT time

  19. Mekill60 says:

  21. beanbag1985 says:

    zalman cpu
    cooler right?

  22. toytunergt says:

it would be an even better idea to not submerge the psu so that it dosnt add to the heat buildup in the oil. also a small pump to circulate the oil from bottom left of the case to top right of the case maybe with a radiator in there somewhere to dissipate the heated oil. might be a nice overclock.

  23. Roman000 says:

    coole idee

  24. uglinho says:

Amazing video bro… it culd be any kind of oil?
