I have a Asus P6T mobo with 6 Corsair TRX3X6G1600C8 ram sticks. Its only reading 8 out of 12 gb. called Asus and they said its because of the cpu. tried turning the ram down to 1333 mhz and 1066 mhz and still only reads 8gb. anyone have any ideas?

@chaddwick25 look in your motherboard manual on how to configure 4 cards in the right slots.
there are demo pictures on how to configure them with only 4 cards
also it is better to use 4 cards of the same speed.
get rid of the 1x kingston 1333mhz and buy an extra 2GB 1600mhz.

i have basically the same settings accept i have triple channel 6Gb (2 *3) of skill 1600hz and 2gb(2*1) of Kingston 1333 hz.. when i over-clock my system it only recognizes 6 gb of ram. but when i run default it recognizes the full 8gb of ram. Any ideas on how i can fix this

hi i have just brought this mother boarda and in the manual i have seen that it said that it only takes 12gb at 1333mhz but you have got 1600mhz witch i was planing to get . can i get this …GEIL 6GB 3 x 2GB 1600MHz DDR3 12800 BLACK DRAGON RAM … and i would be getting this up to 12gb also like yours and a coolermaster v10 heatsink . that is the reason i am not getting the dominator ram because it is so big . ati 5770 crossfire and a 800w psu but i dont know if this is enough ?? please help

nice vid m8 jsut got couple of qestions, first 1 is that i have a ASUS P6T SE would the settigns be the same or different, 2nd wot u recommend fir a power supplie cos iv e got a 700 1 and not sure if its enough, 3nd qestion for the ram would u recommend but it on that highest settings for 6gig too ?

iv got my 920 at 3.8 with 2.75 core 3.5 is alot id say mines solid
