got eist disabled, followed instructions step by step but computer starts rebooting then restarts again with default 2.4 ghz settings

BUT WHEN PC is up in properties says 3.6..is this got to do with my motherboard GA-G31 M2SL DDR2800 FSB1333 AND nvidia 9500GT?

Thanks a lot,went to a few computer service stores none would ve done it even if offered to pay well,at the end with no exp whatsoever,followed your vid and it went to 3.6khz!!! running at 46-49C

My CPU temps are 39-44 idle…but when it gets really cold it becomes 30-44…one of my cores never drops below 44! help!
