nForce chipset – sound strange for intel CPU
How for christ sakes you "managed to overclock" the timing of the RAM
The sys is not overheating because he doesn`t touch the voltages – ones he done that – there`s no turning back

voltage are set wrong , CPU and ram should be linked and synced so thats wrong

@kogiaant yes it is recommended that you at least have an advanced liquid or gas cooling system, or you are in danger of destroying you cpu.

@kogiaant Yes, depending on what your chipset, CPU ect. is. You’ll need a pretty good after market CPU heatsink/ fan. It’s best to use a water cooler or at least a radiater. Most CPU fan’s will let you know if you can use them for overclocking.

@Adredinna well it depends on which website u look. here is one good website. newegg.com Go to Newegg, choose the category, and sort by the best rated stuff. You’ll very quickly find out what people who build their own PCs buy – should be a good indication of what’s worthwhile.

@Adredinna i wud probably stop overlocking the cpu. i think u sud give rest to it and if u really want to play the games.. u can always use more defination video cards.. probably HD 1GB, that can help too. whereas your motherboard, its good but freqeuntly overlocking can damage it of course.

@Adredinna yea it is very risky now if ur pc restarted by itself. take these steps.
    1) check ur cpu temperature abt 60c is good but if it goes above it, its very dangerous as it will craxk down and also make ur cpu life less.
    2) only do overlock if u have the right motherboard. if ur motherboard dosent support the hardware and game software. dont overlock it, it is very very risky.
