That processor can hit 4Ghz no sweat. It is one of the easiest CPU’s for overclocking.
What is also a good way to get more speed for only a little extra is to get two HDD’s and format them in raid0. Unless you go with SSD’s it is the fastest method of storage.
Computers are only as fast as their slowest component.
