I`m playing GTA IV on my old pc: AMD Sempron 3200+ 1.8GHz Nvidia GeForce 7300GS 265mb 64bit (but on GTA 4 it shows 512mb) 2.5GB of ram, DDR II Without fraps i got 3 fps more… Here`s the link for drivers www.nzone.com And in this link is my files… rapidshare.com download them there is an instruction in that file read it and you can play gta IV

now i have 8500 ant i have 20-25 fps. Just install the latests (6th) patch, make timecyc.dat fila ant command line. thats all. to make timecyc.dat work you have to run contig.exe, you`ll find everythin in all videos.

create a commandline.txt and set your -width and your -height . For example I set mine was like, "-width 800 -height 600" That would force your resolution to 800×600.

im using gta 4 1.0.4.0 with nvidia gforce 4 8600 gt , runing on low quality , and STILL i’m only geting 15-16 fps =_= wtf should i do !?
