Good job linus!
"oh no I bent a cpu pin" cries a dansal in distress, then Linus makes an EPIC entrance and yells, never fear, Linus is hear!
Good job man. You are the best.
That Made my day
WHO will drop a phenom 2?
Linus:HOLY ****
That is why we love computers, the amazing feeling when we fix i em!
this has to be my favorite video lol
weird fix with ‘lack of resource” approach but anyways it worked…why didn’t he use a twizzer instead of a pliers?…if we have a ‘needle point’/tip’ soldering iron…we can make a new pin or at least connected the broken pin…
you can also use a small wire and bent it outwards of the cpu socket (because it is on a border roll). that way you can make better contact with the cpu, and can easily put it in and out of the socket
Linus is level 80 in CPU fixer ..XB
i’ve done this multiple times and it’s great fealing:)
LOL that worked X_X
If I tried that I would probably end up with a dead processor and a pin hopelessly jammed inside my CPU socket.
LOL weirdest solution ever.
@Ltb0b I had a whole small corner bent.. sad D:
My Cpu from NCIX is going to need this… it got Bent in the mail..
Many thanks for this video I have value and try…
and it worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But I broke 6 pins and changed the pins from oldest cpu.
:3
not fair my friend sent me his old athlon and some of its pins were bent i straightened them out and it still didnt work (yes i have the correct socket) yet this guy breaks one and it still works >:C
