just a question, basically i asume to overclock, you typically just increase multipliers, bit by bit, until you reach your maximum posible setting (that is stable), but i read about increasing voltage, when do i know that i have to increase voltage?

@freeridelifedotnet You’ll find only a few lucky people who actually reach 3.6 or above GHz. Most people will hardly reach 3 ghz. thats on a third steppng core 2 processor AND 3rd generation core 2 chipset. Even first generation chipset and 1st steppings reached 3.6 ghz. G0 steppings hardly reaching 3ghz on striker 2′s… Thousands upon thousands… Youd use any ridiculous argument. So finally if you won’t admit it… You win… You’ve just stuck your head in the ground. So why argue with you?

@freeridelifedotnet See i was taking you serious.. But you’ve done nothing but bring arguments against (ad hominem) me and any relevant source while claiming yourself to BE a reliable source. Then trying to stupify the problem again by saying there aren’t thousands. Well sorry to bust your bubble, there are thousands upon thousands of people with the same issues i had. google:"need help overclocking striker 2" and happy reading.

@freeridelifedotnet Actually thats why they give you a diploma. But i didn’t see you sharing those when you were calling yourself a silicon valey industry technician. While your personal page tells us you are doing graphic design. Does that mean you do graphic core development or your just a modeller/texturer??? You don’t actually make the bells and whistles move, but you make the bells and whistles…

@freeridelifedotnet Actually before i got my software engineer degree i was a network administrator in "maastricht – the netherlands". That was the novell 3,12 – windows NT4 era. So i have some understanding of networks (IPX and TCP/IP). star/ring. layers, etc. But it really doesn’t surprise me you’d go off topic and end in absurd arguments. Because you really don’t want to admit that the board in this video was cherry picked.. That the nvidia core2 chipsets sucked.

@freeridelifedotnet Ofcourse my off memory 5 boards experience is stupid. My debating on these forums is stupid. The reviews are stupid…. Thousands of people are simply dumb. Because it’s too easy to simply copy the evidence… Thats the argumentum ridiculous.

@freeridelifedotnet It’s really stupid. I copy reviews and they are stupid. I give you forum experiences, they are stupid. I’m stupid for even giving you these. My own experiences are stupid. Can you tell me what is a reliable source IF NOT the reviews and user experiences on overclocking boards???

@freeridelifedotnet So your telling me that my 5 boards experience doesn’t stand for the many people just 1 persons experience. That all the reviews on the board is for dumb google folks.. Can you tell me how you aquire information at in this age? You buy motherboards yourself or you actually read some reviews??? Oh yes, when the striker extreme was released the quad industry was in it’s infancy and reviews were very good on the striker. When quads became popular the striker became infamous.

@freeridelifedotnet What do routers, hubs, switches and protocol layers have to do with this board not being a good overclocker? Layer 3. But actually you should stay on topic. If you wan’t to claim victory because you think your smart and everyone else is dumb go ahead… You’ve shown not to care anything about actual facts but showing how smart you really are….

@freeridelifedotnet You really think your degree nullifies thousands of reviews and thousands of users telling their dissapointments over this board??? Actually i have a degree in software engineering. Maybe thats not as good as a graphical designer, but still i think it comes closed to the actual field of expertise.
