Saca el v-sync ya que no necesitas tal cosa (solo se activa cuando los frames son altos) y notaras una mejoria, asi como todo tipo de filtro, ya que la 6200 tiene un bus de memoria muy bajo no alcanza para aplicar filtros.
Los shaders tambien consumen muchos recursos, y aunque esta placa soporte shaders 3.0 no alcanza a procesarlos bien, asi que ponlos en bajo siempre.

very nice indeed but does your CPU over stressed? like the fan is running very fast, well if that happen if sure it shortin your computer life time thats a bad sign

I used the same card, but ram is only 512m and processor is 3.06-3.07 processor and with low quality it worked fine without lagging.
