settings all at ultra + extra effects mod 1024×768 with no aa ( i can play at 1280×1024 but fraps would make the vid laggy and boring) Sorry about the dam quality .. i dont know why it was so bad.. my other vids were ok.. but anyway u get to see that i hardly lagg even with fraps Here you go .. heres another crysis vid with my 8600 and sempron 3400 single core this will show everyone that processors hardly matter. i thought this place was realy good eye candy so i filmed there.. fraps is annoying it gave me like 7-20 fps when im not on fraps i get like 14- 40 specs : Processor: AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3400+, MMX, 3DNow, ~1.8GHz Memory: 2048MB RAM Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS if you like it rate comment and subscribe =)

I was play in a core 2 duo 2.66+8600 gt 256 + 2 gb ram 333mhz.
All high quality without aa, in 1024-768 and i’m happy
This is believe-able because Crysis only just uses 2 cores and it’s possible to play with less. Crysis just demands decent graphics power and some ram. And this guy clearly has that. I think it’s real.
I played this game on 1920×1080 + Ultra it was awesome.
@Albos09 Then your graphic card is F-U-C-K-E-D U-P or you have something wrong on your computer.
im not believe you men
, is imposible with this configuration run the crysis on 20 fps on more with your computer without single core, i´m have a hd 5770 , im run this fps , you not, don´t lie men
.
Compaq Presario with AMD Sempron 3400 Processor @1.8ghz
CD Writer/DVD Rom
120gb Hard Drive
Nvidia GeForce 6150 LE Graphics
1gb Ram
if i were to get a 8600gts with this setup…. could i run crysis? (i would ofcoarse upgrade the ram)
I got an AMD Sempron 3000+ MMX+ 3Dnow!+ SSE 1 2 x86-64, 1.8 ghz, can’t overclock it.
Can i run it on Intel Pentium DUal 1,80 GHz 1,81 GHz
1 gb ram
Nvidia 8600 GT 756 mb
on
Windows 7
YOU will say no but i say yes
because i play it on high with no lag :O
i know the specs only my RAM is too low
But i can play it on max
@Jaspi182 yes that processor wont do. I have a similar system to his only difference is mine has a sempron 3100+. Same 6200TC too. And just to try it I slipped a 9600GT that I had laying around in there and it still lagged. This system had 2.5GB of ram. Along with nothing running in the background.
Lets be honest…a video test on crysis is garbage…ive seen i7 machines(Why would you spend $300 on one of those btw) Run it about equal to this sempron…Cant wait till i get the 2.7 back up to running status.

It’s AMAZING how you filmed 3 minutes of NO footage during a battle scene where the CPU DOES matter. Because with an AMD athlon XP 2400+ at 2.4GHZ and a 3850 512 (far better than a 8600GT) Crysis can and WILL slow down from 40FPS to 8 in a second. So don’t try to fool anyone sayin the CPU doesn’t matter. It (as any other game) DOES matter when instructions like battles/gunfire and A.I. are going on other than the GPU rendering. Why don’t you film a BATTLE scene and THEN talk about FPS……

I ran this game on ultra settings 2 years ago using my prototype which had an Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 OC @ 3.6GHz and a single 8800 GT. The res was 1680 x 1050 with 8x AA and pulling 45FPS. A 8600 GTS I doubt would run this game at that level with a single core CPU. I would know I tested several configurations from AMD and ATI to Intel and NVIDIA. This video here smells like BS.

@NoobsAreUsh
Who knows? Maybe he does want to overhaul his rig.

fail. DDR2 boards does not accept DDR3, and the difference between memory speeds is BARELY noticable in a game. Unless he overhauls his entire rig, starting from the main component: the MOTHERBOARD, it’s impossible for him to get DDR3. >_>

Nope it will lag.
1.5GB Isn’t enough, try 4GB or even 8GB DDR3
Your Graphics Card is okay but it will only run Med-High at least to a choppy 15 FPS or even lower.
ATI Radeon 5770 HD is recommended OR the GTX295.
2.0 GHz Processor speed isnt enough. Try 2.5 GHz Either Dual or Quad.
Remember this is on the HIGHEST settings.

@Oliwers100
Yes it will run PERFECTLY fine.
Try DDR3 instead of DDR2 if you want to maximize your FPS.

Hi! just wonder if this setup will make crysis on very high:
-AMD Phenom II X2 550 3.1GHz
-ATI Radeon HD4870 512MB GDDR5
-4GB DDR2 800MHz Kit
-500GB 7200RPM SATAII 16MB?
