@FukenWindmills Maybe if you get to high temps get better airflow or more fans in your pc ( cable management )
I honestly do no really mind the noise my fan makes at maximum speed but I’m kinda worried if running my fan at max speed shorten its useful life. Is it true?

Maybe that will work better.
Thermal paste from artic is good.: Artic silver 5.

@FukenWindmills check your TIM, sometimes if you get just the right application you can get really good cooling… i got 19 degrees idle on a core i7 860 stock, and 25 degrees load, on a cooler master 212 plus, with 2 fans, which is basically the same as this, but i had like, a near perfect application of TIM, i was so happy XD

I have my i7 930 D0 @ 3.4 GHz @ 1.18 and the same cooler, but my idle temp is around 50 and under 100% load its 75 degrees Celsius !!
