Bought me this cooler today, am REALLY satisfied with it
My idle temp goes as low as 27°C on a AMD 955 Phenom II 3.2GHz. The instructions that came with the package stink to high heaven though :S My fan hardly has to go any faster when on load, yet still delivers great cooling 
Used Arctic Cooling MX-2 thermal paste if any1s curios 
Will definitely recommend this cooler ^^

@pwnagex1 The plus is a direct contact heat pipe… meaning there isnt that flat panel of copper on the bottom … the heat pipes are actually flattened out and sit flat on the chipset itself.. check out the linus tech tips vid on the 212 plus. i think the plus also comes with extra mounts for an additional 120 mm fan
