@Aaronage1 Problem is no one will ever know. Someone could mess with power schemes to make things look however they want. Or BIOS can be setup to take certain actions when power is plugged in /removed, even changing the frequency and voltage of the processor outside of OS control.. Bogus.
Good grief, windows can be configured to boost performance when plugged in. I’m calling shenanigans. Too little info for this to have any meaning.
can’t hear anything X(
youtube.com/watch?v=KOLkgqeSFPQ teach youself programming. new language created so anyone can learn it.
@hellonearthisman Most netbooks are plugged in here, and unless AMD manually set the Intel netbook to High Performance all systems will have defaulted to Balanced regardless of power source. Power Saver and Balanced both allow features like Cool ‘n’ Quiet and SpeedStep to adjust CPU clock/voltage on the fly.
Most of the load in this test is on the GPU, so the CPUs will likely be running at low clocks.
Its fair IMO.
Regardless all systems are very cool
@toastbrot21016 metric sucks!
@hellonearthisman you are just another intel TROLL…
That unplugged cable – is charger for FLIR camera.
@hellonearthisman I think they know about the power modes man…
Plus it doesn’t matter that much since they where all doing the same task.
@KlingonSpider exactly
APU=CPU+GPU on the same die
PS and the GPU is an ATI HD6310 model
looking great..waiting for these machines to hit the market
°F sucks. please use °C that other people can handle it. i’m from europe/germany and i’m not able to use it.
Umm any one else notice the two hot machines where running in full power mode with power supplies plugged in and the two cooler machines where in low power modes running off batteries.
I say that test was unbalanced, sorry guys.
@KlingonSpider
Yes, exactly. Less I/O = less power =
does the new APU fusion cpu from amd have the gpu on the cpu itself?
very cool… literally
