   the stock cooler that came with my 620 had copper on it, and it came with a small bottle of thermal paste, even when playing games it never goes over 35 degrees.

    Yes it is . But you also need a good graphics card and RAM !
    But yeah this procesor is nice im thinking of gettin it when i will get enough money for some new PC parts !

    U can overclock this CPU easily to 3 GHz even with the stock cooler.

    Stock cooler is actually very good. Compared to intel. I had c2d e5300 before I know what Im saying. Amd stock is pretty good. But, it is no match for aftermarket tower or alike, of course.

    @imevildream 620 is 2.6, 630 is 2.8. I own 630, believe me. You can easily overclock though.

    @BlackbeanFromSAMP the better on would be the 630 as it has a faster clock speed of 4x 2.8GHz or even better 635 at 2.9GHz, with AMD the higher the model number the better! Within reason, hope this helps
