AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000+ Overclock 3.420ghz

Check out this site where it’ll show you a cool trick that actually TRIPLES your PC’s performance!
The Ultimate CPU Overclocking Guide!

I managed to over clock my AMD dual core processor from 3.015Ghz all the way up to 3.420Ghz. I did this by going into my BIOS and putting the CPU Vcore from 1.35v up to 1.42v and put the HT from x5 down to x4 I did this to stabilize the over clock, I imagine the system was fairly stable as I could open applications such as CPUZ and the nvidia control panel-which normally crashes on an unstable system…the temps stayed down which surprised me. After the video I open up several Internet explorer pages whilst having AVG scan, temps were at 37c…. I made this video, as many Internet sites claim 3.2 and 3.3 are the max over clocks for this CPU… Please comment- 8)

Well, i had mine up to 3.3 ghz even, but after about a minure of heavy load, it crashed.

3,2 is the most you are going to get out of this puppy stable, which will give you an equivelant of a 6400+ processor.
