@jackthestunner yes u can run it but your graphic card should be a "bottleneck".
Try top upgrade to a better one.

I’m running the exact same rig with the exception of the RAM. I have 8 gigs of RAM. I’m thinking about upgrading from the 9800 GT soon, but I still have no problem running newer games. I played and beat Metro 2033 on high settings. All I can say is that AMD hit a sweet spot in pricing vs performance (my cpu was 60 bucks when I bought it). I actually spent more than twice that on the video card back when it was newer.

That’s because AMD didn’t get the Physx hardware from Nvidia and Ageia…But nvidia took ddr5 technology secretly on gtx 300 series which it has higher clock and memory bus…
