    why would you not recommend buying an AMD board with Nvidia chipset?

  2. girlsdrinkfeck says:

    I used to only have intel for many years and nvidia , now im a bit of a AMD fanboy , intel r good so r nvidia ( nvidia sucked in 2008-09 ) but AMD for me is a lot cheaper and much better performance per £ , ok an i5 is comparable to a x6 but the motherboards and compatibilitys with current RAM and sockets can be an uneeded expense for many

  3. girlsdrinkfeck says:

    @futmut1000 and u can buy a 6950 and bios flash it and it becomes the 6970 ! so itsover £150 cheaper than the gtx 580

  4. futmut1000 says:

    @Oskiewoskie01

    Amd Bulldozer will bulldoze Intel…just like Ati 6970 already Bulldoze Nvidia Gtx 580!! am i right???hahahaha
    i7 2600K = 117.88 Gops
    i7 980x = 110 Gops
    Amd x6 1100t = around 60 Gops
    these are facts…

    I just bought the 1090T, 3 days later it came into the shops =.=

  8. braderzbs says:

    would u advise me to get this or go with an intel i7 950?, i have never overclocked before but i heard the black edition of this is super easy to overclock anybody got any tutorials or anything to help me?

  9. SynodCenturion says:

    @Oskiewoskie01

    Not even in ur dreams xD.

    The sandy bridge QuadCore already tested was faster than the Nehalem Hexacore i7 980X.
    While the bulldozer preview couldnt even defeat a Intel I7 lynnfield 880.

    Bulldozer is gonna Bulldoze itself…wide beneath the sand where it belongs.

  10. MrMexicanZombie says:

    @sohjirosmile according to an amd forum admin he said that a consumer version of bulldozer will be am3+ so it will be compatible with current am3 boards. again this is a consumer version he is talking about….whatever that means :D

  11. sneekylinux says:

    nice video,informative and to the point……butters

  12. davidsons08 says:

    I paid $299 for the 1090T like 3-4 months ago when I did my build now you can get it for like $240-250 ><

  13. ajohnstitch says:

    @Oskiewoskie01 we will cross that sandy bridge when we get to it

  14. icguilty says:

    isnt like u talk, first is a most new revision od the micro also they added yeah some more mhz but also some more features, like voltaje tecnologies n other internal tech they added or revision.

  15. prankmypants says:

    @sohjirosmile

    In short AM3 & AM3r2 cpu’s will work in AM3r2 mobos, but AM3r2 cpu’s wont fit in AM3 mobos and they even put extra pins so you cant try + some modders in japan snapped off the pins on a bulldozer AM3r2 engineering sample cpu just to see if it would work in an AM3 mobo and the chip fried. So in shorter wait till Q2 2011 and buy an AM3r2 mobo. :P

  16. ECiguser says:

    well the real issue is what are you planing to do with it?…if your a gamer by now you have realized that buying amd is the way to go because of price. with the fact game developers and producers are trying to kill the PC gaming market by their new internet connection required to play ATP it would be a bad idea to go intel at the moment simply off of price. Until the gaming market takes PC seriously again
    building anything over 700 or 800USD is throwing your money down the drain.

  17. sohjirosmile says:

    @TimeToLiveCustoms thanks for your fast reply!.. i guess i’ll hold my horses till bulldozer arrive then!

  18. TimeToLiveCustoms says:

    @sohjirosmile according to AMD yes mate it will not be compatable.

  19. sohjirosmile says:

    hello there! i was looking the writen review, and there you say that to use the upcoming bulldozer procesors, you will need a new motherboard as the actual am3 socket is not going to be compatible… i was going to buy a asus crosshair formula IV, cause i thougt it was going to be compatible like some am2 motherboards that could do am2+ with a bios update…. are you sure this will not be the same case?

  20. Pikabean says:

    New Subscriber here, you mentioned that an AMD board with an Nvdia chipset was no good. Why’s that? Thanks :) This is my new favorite channel.

  21. 1R4Q15TYL3 says:

    @bradrhoades102840 aight good :D thanks man

  22. TimeToLiveCustoms says:

    @bradrhoades102840 obviously 50% :D hahahaha

  23. bradrhoades102840 says:

    @1R4Q15TYL3 1090t is identical to 1100t so no biggie, Question: i have a quadcore at 3.5ghz if i upgraded to the 1090t would it be a huge increase

  24. bradrhoades102840 says:

    is there even a huge increase from a amd quadcore at 3.5ghz to this 6core at 3.5ghz?
