@MrXonii i think they will more concentrate on more cores. (theres a 64 or 48 (dont remember) core cpu from intel & AMD =D)

@rhblakeman Once upon a time, I did have a second-hand 486 machine with a turbo button on it. I now understand that, in many cases, the turbo button might just be a slow-speed override. It would seem that many old program speeds were actually governed by the processor speed. In other words, if you ran 16-megahertz 386 software on a 33 or 66 megahertz 486 it would run too fast. One guy actually ran a 386 program at zap speed on a pentium 166.

@RogueAutomotive I didn’t mean to upset you. I was just browsing for extreme machines. I wasn’t restricting my browsing to computers, either. I was looking at crazy cars and bikes, too. I think that the riders/drivers of these vehicles must believe that they are immortal. Some of those videos are scary to watch, too.

@clemstevenson ohk XP, there’s just so many hostile people on YouTube, my mistake.

@clemstevenson Wow, whats up your arse? Just saying 10Ghz in a modern gaming PC isn’t uncommon, and yeah, you’ll need better RAM and a faster FBS but whats the big deal, your always gonna have more power than you could possibly need, its a good thing. What would anyone rather, a 10GHz quadcore processor or a processor that’l be soon underpowered.

@RogueAutomotive Ram bottleneck at 10GHZ processor speed? Need DDDDDR RAM? Crazy speeds. It sounds just like the supercar enthusiasts, with thier super-mega-turbo-charged 36 cylinder engines. Can do 330MPH, but the engine’s so big that you can’t see over it, and the car can’t even get over speed bumps.

@Rayden440 That’s incorrect. You can pour it onto your very slowly as the heat from your hand with evaporate it, however you are correct in saying you can only do this for a few seconds. If you poured it onto your hand you could shatter it by hitting it hard enough…

@boeonoz you can keep liquid nitrogen on your hand for a couple of seconds as long as you don’t hold it there for too long you’re good.

nope multi-cores act like a raid0, but clock speed is how fast there running and yeah more speed more fast. if you have more cores + more speed your in heaven
