   1:16 why the cpu is at -111.5 degree?He hasn’t put Nitrogen in it!(Serious question.)

    Just curious…can you just go out and buy liquid nitrogen or do you need some type of permit or license or something? Like where do you even buy it from heh, never seen that sitting on the department store shelf.
