Anyhow, if i’d be on the market for a ultra portable, that would be top of my list. It’s got all the right features, and decent performance for what is required from a notebook. Can even do a bit of gaming and 3D, and HD video. Looks like an awesome little machine.
Look for the HP Pavillion dm1 review (laptopmag) to get an idea of the performance, which has a E350 + HD 6310.
It’s basically roughly similar to a dual core atom with Ion2 (better proc, lower graphics). The i5 comparison is about graphics power, but since the i5 has virtually none… It’s still a netbook.
I was also hoping for something a bit better, SU9400 + 310M kind of performance.
@DJTEVAdotCOM In terms of battery life and Graphics performance, i expect the Fusion to be better than the first generation core i5. I am not sure how good the Sandy Bridge is with its battery life though, but it only has DX10 graphics, while the fusion comes with DX11.
WOW I cant wait till these are out near my place… i am going to buy one for my wifes birthday!
All day battery life and HD Capable! That is unheard of performance!
@DJTEVAdotCOM I think E350.
Which fusion powered GPU is on this $399 x120e….E-series Zacate processor ?
is this chip better than core i5? because they are comparing it.
